Shaheed Park - Phase 3 - A Testament to Partnership and Vision
As we approach the completion of Shaheed Park Phase 3, we at ALHANI Construction Company reflect with immense pride in this extraordinary journey. This landmark project stands as a powerful testament to the trust and collaboration between ALHANI and our esteemed client, the Amiri Diwan.
Since breaking ground in 2020, Shaheed Park Phase 3 has represented a shared vision to create a world-class cultural and recreational destination for Kuwait. The project's ambitious scope, encompassing 203,000 square meters of built-up area and 190,000 square meters of green spaces, demanded unwavering commitment and seamless collaboration at every stage.
"Working in partnership with design consultants TAEP and AAP, we have navigated unique challenges—including executing portions of the work during the COVID-19 pandemic—while maintaining our commitment to excellence and timely delivery. This KWD 85 million (USD 275 million) development showcases some of the most innovative architectural and engineering features in the region," said Omar Abdelmohsen Al-Qattan, Chairman and Managing Director of ALHANI Construction Company.
Among the project's crowning achievements is the unique aluminium spaceframe with 3D infinity standing seam—a striking architectural statement that has already become iconic on Kuwait's skyline. The second-largest theatre hall in Kuwait, with a capacity of 2,382 spectators, will host world-class performances and cultural events.
The extreme sports building, featuring an ice rink, an indoor skydiving facility, and a multi-level indoor/outdoor go-karting track, will offer unprecedented recreational opportunities. The project also features 16 fountains and water features, two parking basements that accommodate 2,388 vehicles, and meticulously landscaped green spaces that provide a verdant oasis in the heart of the city.

Shaheed Park Phase 3 builds upon ALHANI's successful delivery of Shaheed Park Phase 2 in 2016-2017, further cementing our long-standing relationship with the Amiri Diwan.
