ALHANI is pleased to announce the appointment of Khaled Hallak as Chief Executive Officer - Kuwait effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Hallak will lead the company's strategic vision and operational excellence as ALHANI continues to strengthen its position in Kuwait's dynamic construction sector.
Mr. Hallak brings over 24 years of distinguished experience in real estate development, engineering, construction, and facilities management across the GCC region. His appointment reflects ALHANI’s commitment to driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth in the region.

About Khaled Hallak
Khaled Hallak holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Beirut Arab University. Most recently, Mr. Hallak served as Vice President for Real Estate Development and Engineering at Alghanim Industries from 2000 to 2024, where he led the commercial real estate development business across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
Notable projects encompass mixed-use developments, including automotive, electronics, and furniture facilities exceeding 130,000 square meters valued at over USD 350 million.
Mr. Hallak's expertise spans strategic planning, turnkey project management, master planning, real estate acquisitions, and business development. He is a graduate of the Chicago Booth General Management Program and is fluent in English and Arabic.
