Project Update | NBK Car Park

Progress continues at pace on the NBK Car Park project, and we're pleased to report that ALHANI is tracking ahead of schedule for completion and handover in Q4 2026.

The latest milestone: solar PV arrays are now installed across the rooftop deck, adding on-site renewable generation and shaded parking to the structure. With the rooftop works complete, our teams are now moving on to the external landscaping works, the final phase that will bring the site together and integrate it with the surrounding streetscape.

Delivering a project of this scale in the heart of the city takes close coordination, and credit goes to our site teams, engineers and partners for keeping the momentum going. We also thank National Bank of Kuwait for their continued trust.
