Description: Fast-track design and build – in partnership with design consultants TAEP and AAP. ALHANI is the main contractor for all civil, MEP, and landscaping works, partially executed during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Key features: Unique aluminium spaceframe with 3D infinity standing seam, second-largest theatre hall in Kuwait with a capacity for 2,382 spectators, 16 fountains and water features of different varieties, two parking basements for 2,388 cars, an extreme sports building with ice rink, indoor sky diving, and multi-level indoor/outdoor go-karting track.
